Q. Can my guest(s) bring a partner to the trip?

Sadly not because of the detailed itinerary and complex logistics for the event, guests are not permitted to bring a partner.

All rooms will be single occupancy.

Q. How much money should my guest(s) bring to the trip?

All hotel rooms, transfers, and meals during the event period will be covered. However, your guests will be expected to pay for their hotel incidental bills, and any additional activities they participate in outside of the organised event. Your guests may also wish to bring local currency to purchase merchandise, gifts, etc.

Q. Can my guest(s) extend their trip?

Yes, guests are welcome to extend their stay but must organise this themselves and at their own expense. Shell Event Management Team can assist in checking availability.

Q. My delegates will have free time on arrival/departure day. Can the event team organise local sightseeing activities for us?

Unfortunately not. Organisation of any activities outside of the itinerary will be your responsibility. However, the event team will be able to provide you with local contacts. All related expenses for such activities will by funded by the guests themselves.

Q. What happens if my flight is delayed?

Please ensure your flight details are shared with the Accelerate team ahead of the trip. This will allow them to track your flight and be notified of any delays. Market leaders are also responsible for keeping in contact with the Accelerate team should any transport issues occur.

Q. Can you cater for food allergies?

Of course. When you complete the registration form, you will be asked if you have any dietary requirements. This is so the Accelerate team can brief each location in advance.
